Biography
A graduate of the Canadian Coast Guard College with over 40 years' experience as Marine Engineer. Worked as a Junior Engineering Officer in the Coast Guard Fleet including Heavy Ice Breakers, Fishing Trawlers, and Offshore supply vessels, along with 30+ years as Chief Engineering Officer on Petroleum Tankers and Great Lakes Bulk Carriers. Holds a 1st. Class Motor & 4th Class Steam Vessel certificates along with a wide variety of Marine related training certificates.
